WHAT TO DO IF...
"If she knows 100% for sure that [the baby] is her father's ... if she has not had intercourse with anyone else at all ... she needs to report the incident to both children's welfare (if she is still a minor) and to legal authorities in the State she lives in. If she went to some type of Rape Crisis Intervention services immediately after the incident, this will already be in place. If she's a minor, and has already reported to Children's Services, she needs to contact them. If she needs to return home to testify, they will provide a safe place for her, either by removing the stepdad, or by providing other placement for her until things are all settled.
If she's in college ... colleges have counselors. If she doesn't want school counselors, then there will be some other type of out-patient mental health services available in that college town. I would highly recommend that she seek their help immediately, if not sooner. Suicidal thoughts and attempts are an extremely high priority, and their intervention might just save her life. The counselors there will also help her explore her options if she is not able to remain at school. The girl needs help, and she needs it right now. God has provided counselors as a vessel for providing help. They may or may not talk to her about spiritual matters, but they will help prevent suicide and help her figure out something to do instead of walking right back into the same situation if she leaves school."
