READING ATTACHMENTS
Do you use Outlook Express for email? If so, check this setting - which is turned on by default - thanks to Microsoft. Go to Tools - Options - Then Security - there is a box that says something like do not allow attachments to be opened or saved that could potentially be a virus (which is ANY and ALL attachments) - uncheck that box - click apply - then ok - and you should then be able to open attachments. Be careful with attachments - even from people you know - as they could have virus codes in them. Make sure you are using a good anti-virus program.
