How wonderful it is when we have been blest with parents that pray! The best legacy a parent can leave to their children is their faith in God!
Parents That Pray
God bless those parents who spend
time on their knees,
Asking God to watch over their
children please.
Lead them and guide them in the
way they should go;
And His love and His mercy to them He will show.
Lord keep them from falling
into pathways of sin,
If they have strayed, draw them
back to you again.
Through the years I know my mother
prayed for me;
I wandered at times but He brough
me back safely.
He heard her prayers and kept His
hand upon me.
Now I am His and I'm where I should be!
Parents don't give up for God hears
your prayers;
Even though your children might be
unawares.
Our God is faithful and one day
you will see;
They'll find their way home for God
hears your pleas!
