How has God dealt with you at various times in your life when you fell into deceitfulness?

How did Delilah bring down a man of God by her actions?

How do we insult the Lord and the men of God in our lives by our own actions?

How can we use the character of Delilah as a future guide to better our own conduct?

- Discuss different ways in which Christians can avoid greediness, and damaging deception.
- Discuss with Group the following verses, their significance to Samson and Delilah's lives, and how those verses might apply to us.
- Delilah is remembered as a significant betrayer of the Old Testament. Who else can you remember from scriptures as a betrayer?
- Delilah is not remembered well and goes down in Biblical history as such. What will you be remembered for and how will you go down in your own Spiritual history?

Paul warns us in the New Testament (I Corinthians 10:6) not to ignore the warnings of what has been written for our good in the OT. Look up the verse together and write it out in the box below.
