Rahab
Continued from Page 4

Question for the Group:
Discuss why Rahab wanted her entire family to be saved.

Challenge:
How did God reward Rahab's faith?
Have you taken your step of faith yet?
If so, with whom have you shared it?
If not, what is hindering you from giving your life to God?

Final Review:

Read the following New Testament verses together.

John 1:12, 13
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God."

Final Words:
Rahab went from being a Harlot to a Heroine because of Faith (HEBREWS 11:31).

Her concern for the salvation of others showed compassion (Consider the crown God has for her!)

She was weak in the things of the flesh but God strengthened her and made her a new creation when she acted on her simple faith.

We too become what God wants us to be by Faith. God sees our hearts and knows whether or not we have concern for others

(Jesus is preparing someone's heart right now for our testimony)
(Consider the crown He has for us!)

God wants us to act on our faith, regardless of how weak we think we are

(ARE WE WILLING TO DO WHATEVER GOD ASKS OF US?)
